Job title: Major Group Account Manager : Motor Finance
Location: Territory: Various around M25 area up to Colchester * Ipswich.
Salary: £23-28k + ote + car
Job Description: This position is to compliment the existing account manager in the group due to the success and expansion of the group over the last year. Our client specialises in the prestige end of the car market. The successful individual will work closely with our clients? F&I management team to ensure the success & performance of the Business Managers located at each site. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved directly with our clients? expansion plans at a high level.
You will be home based and your role will involve:
· Management and development of the business relationship with our clients? dealerships, within the allocated territory.
· Provision of a high standard of service and support to all levels of dealership and group management.
· Introduction of strategic initiatives aimed at developing profitability and strengthening the business relationship.
· Maximisation of business volumes and opportunities within agreed Group Terms.
· Implementation of a range of Finance and Insurance (F&I) services to ensure levels of support are maximized.
· One-to-one coaching and support, utilising bespoke training programmes.
· Ensuring credit proposals meet company standards in relation to timely submission & quality.
· To ensure on a monthly basis that the Volume Bonus and advance commission details are accurate and paid to the group.
· Identification of sales fall down areas and implementation of agreed action plans with respective dealer principals * F&I managers to ensure rectification within agreed timescales.

Background*Skills:
· 2+ years commercial experience within the finance industry : preference given for experience of motor finance providers
· Confident communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
· Proven ability to influence others and build positive working relationships at all levels
· Proven ability to hold monthly review meetings to a high standard at Dealer Principal * Business Manager level.
· Full Driving Licence
